By adopting or purchasing these graphics. You are agreeing
to these terms whether you read them or not

• NO WEBSITE-NO ADOPTION!
• NO AS IS USE!
• No refunds-all sales final
• Payments are made through PayPal only in US funds
• All graphics whether purchased or "adopted" require a link back
  either using the supplied link button or a text link
• These bases/tubes may not be added to a free site and just given out. The finished product must be either "sold" or placed in a protected members area. You must know "who" is getting them, not just anyone that gets the link for the download site
• DO NOT alter these graphics in any way or make anything else with them(ie.-stickers,layouts,recipe cards). They are to stay as is.
• Any graphics used in email signatures or forums (message boards) must be linked back to me
• If the site/page that you are keeping your graphics on is password protected, you must send me the login and password info.
• Copyright of graphics is still mine.
• You must own a website to purchase.
• No AS IS use.
• You may not crop/edit/change or alter the bases.
• I obtain the right to re-use all the bases I create.
• Link back to Odd Pixels at all times.
• You may add these to your members area. Members may tube them but must follow my tou also.
• Bases must be dressed when selling as tubes.
• Once product has been received/placed in your members area no refunds given.
• If your members area closes, you may not "resell" graphics and no refunds given
• The page you plan on keeping your ordered item,
  you must have "no right-click" and "toolbar disabled";
  Those can be found at Dynamic Drive

• Link back to Odd Pixels must stay intact the entire time you are using the graphics-webset
• If the site/page that you are keeping your graphics on is password protected, you must send me the login and password info.
• The page you plan on keeping your ordered item,
  you must have "no right-click" and "toolbar disabled";

• I am only human and do make mistakes, if this is the case, email me and I will do my best to fix it

  They are to stay there the entire time you use the theme
• Headers may be altered with your name-site name

• You MAY NOTedit the theme and add your own graphics
